Take Your Life into the Stratosphere
- Julia Clark
ABOUT
Real change starts with unfiltered truth.
You want more—money, love, joy, freedom—but before chasing the “how,” it begins with facing the truth. Journaling, reflecting, and setting goals are great, but if you’re not being real with yourself, you’ll stay stuck.
The real goal? Trust yourself so deeply that your decisions come from a place of knowing exactly who you are.

Baseline
Telling yourself the truth is a skill that takes practice. Our brains are wired to protect us—twisting narratives, shifting blame, and justifying choices to avoid discomfort. It’s easy to convince ourselves of things that aren’t entirely true, from the small stuff (do you really like iced coffee or is it just habit?) to the big stuff (staying in relationships, jobs, or situations because it feels easier than facing the truth).
The cost of these little lies adds up. It can lead to living a life that feels distant, hollow, or out of sync. What would shift if we stopped? If we started by being radically honest with ourselves?
It’s strange—most of us agree, lying to others is wrong, yet we do it to ourselves every day. We avoid the conversations that matter most, with the one person who deserves our honesty the most—ourselves.
If life feels off, or you’re not getting what you want, maybe the first question to ask is: Do I know what I truly want?

Mission
Our mission is to create a space that fosters truth, encourages dialogue, and harnesses the transformative power of art, helping people strip away the lies they tell themselves, face the truth, and build aligned, fulfilling lives.
