I'm Anndrea
A direct and curious straight shooter who believes in radical self honesty.
I never expected to end up here. In fact, I actually dislike the term “life coach” and believe there’s no foolproof method to validate expertise in this space. That’s why I operate on a referral structure—if someone sent you to me, that means something.
Before this, I worked in the corporate world as a designer and junior trader at a boutique firm, then transitioned into management consulting in the startup realm. This journey has allowed me to meet a multitude of people, constantly reminding me of how differently I approach the world. I often feel like an outsider, as if everyone else got the download on how to navigate life, and I missed that software update.
Being different was extremely difficult for a long time. Back in university, someone called me “disillusioned and overly optimistic.” Since then, I’ve been referred to as an audacious anomaly more times than I can count. Each time, I’m astonished by how powerful and loving conversations from a different perspective can be, while also highlighting that we all know the truth deep down.
I see my role as reminding you of the things you already know and walking with you back to that point.

Lessons I’ve learned from those who have shaped my life:
How to know what I want, with confidence:
I used to struggle with understanding what I wanted, especially regarding major decisions like choosing a college major or career path. Decision-making felt like an endless cycle of pro-con lists and seeking others’ opinions. People who were clear and decisive seemed like completely different beings—maybe even aliens! Today, I’m proud to say I’ve become one of those people. I still have my doubts (I’m human!), but I typically have a calm, grounded sense of what’s right for me.
How to get more of what I want:
The skills I’ve gained have empowered me to live life on my terms, build a new career, increase my income, cultivate deeper relationships, and tackle challenges that once felt daunting.

How to feel clearer and more decisive:
Clarity has always been a struggle for me. I’ve had—let’s say—a very “active” mind, which often resulted in a fogginess rather than anxiety. I’ve learned concrete techniques for shifting my thoughts and genuinely believing in new perspectives. People are often surprised by how my opinions and reactions have transformed regarding situations that used to stress me out.
I believe most of us won’t have a life path that’s 100% linear, which can be challenging for those of us who crave safety and certainty. Having support to navigate the winding paths of life can be another valuable aspect of what I do.
Fun bits about me:
• I co-own a Labradoodle named Ollie.
• I like to read.
• Love saved my life.
• I split my time living in America and abroad.
• I enjoy walking and have traveled to over 70 countries.
• I used to live in Mexico and still can’t speak Spanish properly!
• Most importantly, I believe that most people just need to be reminded of what they already know.
